Shipping fees are structured based on the total value of your order:
- $10,000 and Under: Shipped via Priority Mail at a cost of $10.
- Over $10,000: Shipped via FedEx 2-Day Express or Standard Overnight at a cost of $30 (handled at our strict operational discretion).
You can view your exact shipping charges directly in your cart or at checkout. For maximum security, all packages are shipped fully insured, utilizing discreet packaging protocols, and strictly require an adult signature upon delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We can accommodate alternative shipping addresses; however, due to the high-value liquidity of rare coins and precious metals, all orders requested to ship to an address other than the verified billing address are subject to additional security screening and fraud prevention verification. We reserve the right to delay shipment or cancel an order if the alternative delivery address cannot be securely verified by our underwriting team or your financial institution.

International shipping is handled strictly on a case-by-case basis. Please call or email our office directly prior to placing an order if you would like to request special logistical arrangements for international delivery.
We offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee return policy on all certified numismatic coins. To qualify for a refund, coins must be returned completely intact within the original, unaltered, and undamaged third-party grading holder (PCGS/NGC) they were delivered in. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please Note: There are strictly no returns, refunds, or exchanges permitted on Bullion items. Any attempt to reject or cancel a bullion transaction after a price lock has been issued will be processed as a default under our standard Market Loss Policy rules.
