The America the Beautiful Silver Bullion Coin series was launched in 2010 to commemorate the National Parks and other national sites of the United States. These coins are unique for being the first 5oz silver bullion coins ever issued by the U.S. Mint, offering a substantial and highly detailed way to collect American history. Each specimen is a legal tender coin, struck in fine silver with a diameter of 3 inches, making them the largest silver bullion coins currently produced by the United States.
